Now in a new location Michelle has produced a series of seven signed and numbered limited edition high quality prints of her art. They are priced reasonably so that a greater portion of the public that enjoys her work can now own one or more of her beautifully produced reproductions. Michelle continues to create oil and watercolor paintings for the discriminating collectors of her work. Michelle hopes to be able to add a new series of limited editions in the year 2000.
Michelle studied at the school of the Art Institute of Chicago. Portraits always a favorite, have captivated Michelle's creative attention. Everything from a small child in its mother's arms, to an executive portrait for a boardroom are created with quality expertise. Glowing color joined with elegant lighting and careful attention to detail are why Michelle's portraits are in great demand. Animals are an added challenge welcomed by Michelle's talent.
Her paintings adorn the walls of homes and corporate offices in the United States and abroad. Her sensitive observation of people and animals has enabled Michelle to convey the unique beauty and appeal of her subjects. Michelle is known for her professional exhibitions, both regionally and nationally.
As a signature member of Women Artists of the West (WAOW) her award winning work can be seen in magazines, including; Southwest Art, Art of the West and the Equine Image, and recently was featured on the cover of Anvil Magazine twice in the last year. One of Michelle's paintings was featured in a new book by Rockport Publishers called "Art of the American West", that came out in Dec. 1998.
